81 locally produced extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs) received medals at the SA Olive Awards 2019 (SA Olive Industry Association) ceremony held last Thursday at Ex Nihilo in Paarl.
Of the 93 oils entered, 25 received gold medals, 35 silver, and 21 bronzes.
This makes a total of 87% of the oils entered worthy of medals.
Wildekrans received Gold in the Medium EVOO category for our Keerweer EVOO. Well done to our team, what a wonderful achievement.
