Cabernet Franc

The nose is full with rich red fruit and a slight fynbos note. Very smooth, surprisingly gentle tannins, underpinned with blackcurrant, and good spicy depth. A food-friendly wine. Goes well with roast chicken, pork, roasted or grilled beef, duck, sausage, lamb, veal, hearty fish dishes and most cheeses.
