Wildekrans has upgraded eight traditional cottages on the estate, which are available as luxury self-catering getaways. The cottages are rustic and cozy and provide the perfect romantic getaway or an escape for the whole family to enjoy in winter and summer. We have seven cottages accommodating two to four people and a larger cottage that can sleep up to six.

Nestled between a vineyard and a plum orchard on the banks of the Bot River with majestic mountain views, the chalets are a perfect refuge from every-day life.

Activities include hiking, mountain biking, bird watching, swimming in the estate dam, golfing at nearby Arabella… and of course wine tasting.

Wildekrans is a five-minute drive from the Bot River Hotel and Pub and is only twenty minutes away from Kleinmond Beach. The restaurants and shops of Hermanus are close by and it is an hour’s picturesque drive from Cape Town.

Wildekrans also offers event facilities perfect for a country wedding or event. The interior caters for 40 people and the space in its entirety can accommodate up to 80 people when the stoop and Bedouin tents are utilised
